Aisha Hinds is an American actor best recognized for her roles on the TV shows The Shield and True Blood. Her versatility has been demonstrated since 2003 by delivering amazing performances on television shows like 9-1-1 Detroit as well as 1-8-7 and Under the Dome. She was first noticed in 2005 when she played her role as Anna which was featured in Assault on Precinct 13 The performance she made in the biographical movie All the Way as the feminist campaigner Fannie Lou Hammer attracted the notice of the general public.
